Il 26 novembre, per la prima volta dopo tre anni, i Melon Music Awards (MMA) si sono svolti di
fronte a un pubblico dal vivo.
Si tratta di premi organizzati dalla piattaforma musicale numero uno della Corea.
A meno di un anno dal loro debutto, le IVE hanno vinto il loro primo Daesang (Gran Premio) come
“Miglior canzone dell’anno” con “LOVE DIVE oltre ai premi “Miglior gruppo (femminile)”,
“Artista esordiente dell’anno” e “Top 10 Artist”.
Altri due Daesang come “Artista dell’anno” e “Album dell’anno” per l’album “IM HERO” sono stati
conquistati dal solista Lim Young Woong, il quale ha anche conquistato i titoli di “Miglior artista
solista (maschile)”, “Netizen Popularity Award” e “Top 10 Artist”.
Il quarto Gran Premio “Record of the Year” è andato ai BTS per il loro album antologico “Proof”. Il
gruppo, inoltre, ha vinto anche i premi come “Miglior Gruppo (maschile)”, “KakaoBank Everyone’s
Star Award” e “Top 10 Artist”.
