Il 10 e 11 febbraio, al Jamsil Arena di Seoul, si è svolta la primissima cerimonia di premiazione dal vivo degli Hanteo Music Awards 2022, un evento annuale presentato da Hanteo Global Inc., in cui i vincitori vengono selezionati in base a vari indici, come Album Fisici, Musica Digitale, Social, Media, Riconoscimento globale, Sito e Fandom che hanno avuto un grande impatto sull’industria musicale nel corso dell’anno.
Inoltre, Hanteo Global ha celebrato il suo 30° anniversario.
Nel corso della prima giornata l’evento è stato condotto da Eugene delle S.E.S., Hyunsuk dei CIX e Baekseung degli EPEX e sono stati assegnati vari premi, inclusi i Bonsang (Premi principali), mentre i vincitori di tutti e quattro i Daesang (Grandi premi) sono stati annunciati nella seconda giornata.
Ancora una volta Kang Daniel ha ottenuto un Bonsang come Artista dell’Anno insieme alle aespa, alle BLACKPINK, a Kim Hojoong, agli NCT 127, agli Stray Kids, alle STAY C, ai BTS, agli NCT DREAM, alle (G)I-DLE, ai TXT, alle IVE, ai SEVENTEEN, agli ENHYPEN, a Young Tak e a Lim Young Woong
